Use the following directions:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water with electrolytes for the 2 days before your test.
2. Stop using drugs or toxins as soon as you find out you may have to submit to a drug test.
3. Avoid scheduled prescription psychoactive like clonazepam and Xanax, and avoid poppy seed tea or muffins.  Avoid otc drugs like dextromethorphan cough medicine as this can cause a false positive for PCP.
4. Two hours before your test, shake that bottle up and drink the whole thing.
5. Wait 15 minutes, refill the bottle with water, and drink it down.  Now you’re ready, soldier.
6. If you’re in the waiting room, take another refill of water with you and drink a bottle full for every two hours that pass.  Don’t use the detox drink bottle, throw it away, you don’t want them to see it.  You can add a pinch of salt and a little creatine to keep the values up.  If your urine gets too dilute, it will come back as an invalid sample, though not positive for drugs.  You will get a diluted result instead and have to retest.  They may think you tried to cheat but they can’t prove that.  One is free to drink water and take vitamins.
7. You’re gonna want to pee 2 or 3 times to get rid of the urine that’s already in the bladder.  You want that new urine which is diluted but nice and yellow due to the b-vitamins.  Otherwise, it would be clear.  Now if you’re peeing clear, you need to take some b-vitamins.  You can get them anywhere.  If you don’t have time, take a multivitamin, it will have some b-vitamins in it but you really need a b-vitamin complex to make sure that that pee is yellow.
8. Catch the midstream pee, the first pee might have some drugs in it.  The pee in the middle of your stream is pristine and pure.  You did that, good luck.

This is a basic urine detox drink recipe, it will work if you follow the directions.  We found mostly positive reviews.  The taste is also quite bearable and it doesn’t have so much fiber that diarrhea is likely for most people.  The only downside is you need to make sure you aren’t allergic to any of the herbs.
